• Return Shipping: Customers must bear the return shipping costs. Returns must reach our India office within 5 business days of approval.
• Product Condition: Sarees must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sarees with fall stitching, edging, detached blouses, tassels, stitched blouses, or any alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale Items: Sarees purchased on sale or at discounted prices cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee applies to refunds for payments made through a payment gateway.
