• International Shipping: Shipping charges vary by destination. For USA orders, applicable import duties of up to $50 per parcel must be paid by the customer upon arrival.
• Courier Services: Orders are shipped via FedEx or a comparable courier service.
• Delivery Delays: If shipping services are interrupted, our team will inform you of the revised dispatch date.
• Damaged or Missing Items: Report any damage, missing items, or complaints within 3 business days of delivery.

• Return Window: Non-defective sarees are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Contact us within this period.
• Return Shipping: Customers must bear the return shipping costs. Returns must reach our India office within 5 business days of approval.
• Product Condition: Sarees must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sarees with fall stitching, edging, detached blouses, tassels, stitched blouses, or any alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale Items: Sarees purchased on sale or at discounted prices cannot be returned.
• Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee applies to refunds for payments made through a payment gateway.
