Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping is absolutely FREE on OnlyPaithani.com
  • All shipping is dispatched using FEDEX courier services
  • All orders placed will be shipped within 7 business days if the order is listed as "In Stock" as fall & edging is done only after the paithani is purchased.
  • If blouse stitching is included, add 7 more business days from the day of receiving the measurements.
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX shipping holidays.
  • OnlyPaithani.com reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Damaged / Lost / Delayed Shipments
OnlyPaithani.com is not responsible for items that may be damaged, or lost by the shipping company, or "carrier" (FedEx). All shipments are fully insured with the respective carrier. All products and packaging should be carefully inspected upon receipt and any damage should be brought to the carrier's attention. If necessary, purchaser should alert the carrier and OnlyPaithani.com that a claim needs to be filed for that shipment. Once a claim is approved and processed by the carrier, our shipping department will then ship out a replacement or refund the purchase price. OnlyPaithani.com has no control over the timeliness of the shipments and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If necessary, OnlyPaithani.com will aid in the filing of an appropriate claim with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or shipping delay.
Non Defective Returns

All non defective sarees can be returned for refund of the merchandise within 7 days of purchase. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

  • 20% of the product cost will be retained against restocking of the material.
  • Customer will bear all the cost of shipping the material back to OnlyPaithani.com USA or India office.
  • Must contact our offices within 7 Days of date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 7 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
  • Contact our USA offices within 7 Days for a return request.
  • All returns must be done within 5 business days from the request date. Packages not returned within 5 business days of request date may be rejected by the returns department.
  • Paithani must not be altered or tampered with. Sarees should be unused, packed as sent and should have all the tags intact. It should also include all accessories and instructions leaflets.
  • Saris that have the blouse detached, tassles made, fall stitched - either by you or by us for you - CANNOT BE EXCHANGED
  • Garment must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged
  • No returns will be accepted on sarees with stitched blouses.
  • No returns will be accepted on sarees with fall attached and bidding done.
Defective Returns

All Paithanis are thoroughly inspected by officials before dispatch, in the rare case of any goods defective material received the same may be exchanged for a replacement of the same saree(s). The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.

  • Customer will bear all the cost of shipping the material back to OnlyPaithani.com India office.
  • Contact our India offices within 7 Days for a return request.
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without a return request.
  • All returns must be done within 5 business days from the request date. Packages not returned within 5 business days of request date may be rejected by the returns department.
  • OnlyPaithani will review the returned product within 5 days of receipt. Replacement of the product will be sent within 15 days of receipt if available in stock. If product is not available in stock, OnlyPaithani will refund the entire amount via the same payment method

  • If merchandise returned as defective proves to not be defective a representative will contact the customer to either send the unit back to the customer or restock the item.
  • No returns will be entertained on sarees with stitched blouses.
Cancellation Policy

- For cancellation please send request to sales@onlypaithani.com
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours once placed. Any cancellation request after 24 hours will be entertained at the discretion of OnlyPaithani.
On acceptance of cancellation request, the entire amount will be refunded via original method of payment.

Refund Policy

- If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
